How much does an insert cost?+
One flat price per case size — $89 small, $119 medium, $169 large — and that always includes the custom-cut foam and free shipping in the continental US. No per-pocket fees, no surprises at checkout.
How long until it ships?+
Most inserts are machine-cut and on their way within two weeks. You’ll get an email when your order is queued for cutting and again when it ships.
What does shipping cost?+
Free anywhere in the continental US. If you’re in South Florida you can also choose free local pickup at checkout.

How accurate is the fit?+
We build every layout from the real interior dimensions of your case and the real dimensions of your gear, with a built-in 0.4" wall clearance so the foam actually cushions. The Protection Score warns you before anything is packed too tight.
What foam do you use?+
Durable closed-cell foam that won’t crumble like cheap pick-and-pluck. Choose black or charcoal at checkout.
Can I reorder or tweak a layout later?+
Yes — design as many layouts as you like. When your kit grows, adjust the layout and order a fresh insert.
Do you ship internationally?+
Right now free shipping covers the continental US. For international or Alaska/Hawaii orders, email us and we’ll sort out a quote.
